The European Space Agency has recently conducted a series of parallel studies to analyse different mission concepts to support Earth Observation (EO) applications based on high spatial resolution (HR) imaging from geostationary satellites. In order to consolidate the mission requirements, the European Space Agency will convene a “HR GEO user consultation workshop” at its ESRIN establishment in Frascati, Rome on the 14 and 15 April 2010. The user consultation workshop is organised by the Data User Element of the ESA Earth Observation Envelope programme.

ESA "Earth Observation" Summer School on "Earth System Monitoring & Modelling" (2-13 Aug 2010, Frascati, Italy)

On the occasion of the EO Summer School on "Earth System Monitoring & Modelling", the European Space Agency (ESA) would like to invite young researchers to join leading experts in Earth Observation, Modelling and Data Assimilation for keynote lectures, hands-on computing practical and poster sessions.
