TEMIS aims to compute and deliver global concentrations of tropospheric trace gases, and aerosol and UV products derived from observations of nadir-viewing satellite instruments such as GOME, SCIAMACHY and (A)ATSR. TEMIS is part of the Data User Programme of the European Space Agency. The service of TEMIS centres around the four themes, namely Ozone, UV radiation, the Greenhouse effect, and Air Pollution. The TEMIS project contributes to these central issues by generating data sets of several key species and by providing free access to these data sets via internet. |
